Vertically Integrated Solar Module Production

We are developing a state-of-the-art, fully vertically integrated giga-scale solar PV manufacturing facility in Ramayapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. This facility will span the entire value chain, from sourcing quartz to producing high-efficiency photovoltaic modules. In March 2024, we launched a plant focused on manufacturing high-efficiency solar modules.

Project Timeline

A Roadmap to Our Sustainable

Energy Future.

Comprehensive Manufacturing Capability

Our production process covers both upstream and downstream stages, ensuring complete control and optimization at every step.

Upstream Production

- Sourcing quartz
- Producing metallurgical-grade silicon and polysilicon

Downstream Production

- Manufacturing of ingots, wafers, cells, and modules
- Glass production
- Ancillary component manufacturing, including EVA, POE, backsheet, aluminum frames, and more

TOPCon Technology

Advanced TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) technology will be incorporated throughout the process to maximize efficiency and performance in solar module production.

TOPCon cells employ a micro-nano tunnelling oxide layer, a carrier-selective microcrystalline silicon film, and cutting-edge passivation contact technology. This advanced structure provides a significant boost to cell conversion efficiency and power output. The unique tunnel oxide layer minimizes subsurface recombination, resulting in improved overall efficiency, reaching up to an upper limit of 28.2% to 28.7%.
