Stage 01 - Silicon Ingots
Solar Ingot Manufacturing
A solar ingot is a high-purity crystalline siliconin cylindrical shape used in the manufacturing of solar wafers, which are later converted into solar cells and solar modules. It is one of the most important intermediate products in the photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing chain.
It is formed by melting purified polysilicon at very high temperatures and crystallizing it into a solid structure. These ingots are then sliced into ultra-thin wafers using diamond wire saws.
Indosol Solar manufactures high-quality monocrystalline silicon ingots using Czochralski (CZ) crystal growth technologies to ensure superior wafer quality and high efficiency solar cells.

Stage 02 - Wafers
Solar Wafer Manufacturing
A solar wafer is a thin slice of highly purified Mono-crystalline silicon used as the base material for manufacturing photovoltaic (PV) solar cells. It acts as the semiconductor substrate where sunlight is converted into electrical energy through the photovoltaic effect.
It is a high-quality solar -grade silicon substrate produced by slicing monocrystalline ingots into ultra-thin sections with precisely controlled thickness, resistivity, crystal orientation, and reduced impurity concentration for photovoltaic applications.
Indosol Solar’s wafer manufacturing line is designed to produce ultra-thin, high-performance silicon wafers with exceptional dimensional accuracy and minimal material loss.

Stage 03 - Solar Cells
G12R N-Type TOPCon Bifacial Solar Cells
G12R solar cells are advanced rectangular-format photovoltaic cells based on the 210 mm wafer platform. These cells are widely used in high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon solar modules for utility-scale, industrial and commercials and rooftop applications. The Solar industry is adopting G12R technology for higher module power and improved system efficiency.
N-Type TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) technology is the latest high-efficiency solar cell architecture replacing conventional PERC technology. Bifacial solar cells generate electricity from both front and rear sides, increasing total energy yield.
